Exchange & Return Policy

At Haider Ali Tiwana, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable under normal circumstances.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:

  • The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective.
  • Size exchange requests.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed.
  • In its original condition.
  • Accompanied by all original tags, labels, and packaging.

All exchanged items will be processed based on the current selling price of the product.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange, except for size exchanges.

Size Exchange Charges

Orders Within Lahore

For size exchanges, a flat fee of PKR 800 will be charged to cover the collection of the original item and delivery of the replacement size.

Orders Outside Lahore

Customers are responsible for sending the item to our warehouse through a courier service at their own expense. Once the exchanged item is received and approved after inspection, the replacement size will be dispatched after payment of the applicable shipping charges.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and details of the issue.
  3. Our team will review and verify the request.
  4. Securely pack the item with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  5. Once the item is received and inspected, an exchange or appropriate resolution will be provided.

Please note that products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage caused by misuse, or missing tags/packaging will not qualify for exchange.
